CRM Database
We maintain a cloud based CRM database, LeadFlowe, that we use to store contact details for our suppliers and customers.
The data held in the database typically includes name, contact details, and a record of contact. This information is used only for the purposes of contacting individuals in regard to work they have enquired about, service reminders and warranty expiry reminders.
We retain this information for the period that you are a customer and summary records are kept after this to ensure that we can respond swiftly and efficiently to legacy enquiries.
The data is not shared with third parties or transferred in any other way by North East Security Shutters, and is not used to generate marketing materials or other forms of communication.
Access to Your Personal Information
You are entitled to access the personal information that we hold and to request that any inaccuracies are amended. You also have the right to request that certain classes of information held about you are permanently removed (Right to be Forgotten).
